Who we are
Innovy Global Contracting (“the company”, “we”) is a contracting company based in Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. It is responsible for the personal data collected through this website and decides how that data is used.
For any question about this policy or about your data, write to us at info@innovy-global.com.
What we collect, and how
We collect personal data directly from you when you fill in a form on this website or contact us, and a minimum of technical information automatically while you browse it:
- Enquiries: your name, organisation, email address and phone number; the work and the type of building you are asking about; your description of the project; and the language of the page you wrote from.
- Job applications: your name, email address and phone number, the role you are applying for and what you tell us about yourself. If you email us your CV, as the form asks, it is kept with our recruitment correspondence.
- Messages you send us directly by email, telephone or WhatsApp.
- Visit statistics: the pages opened, the language used, and whether the enquiry form was started or sent — counted without cookies and without storing your internet (IP) address, as explained under “Statistics and cookies” below.
Why we use it
We use your data only to:
- answer your enquiry, prepare a proposal or quotation, and follow it up;
- consider your application for a role;
- keep a record of our correspondence with you;
- understand, in overall numbers, which parts of the site are useful, so that we can improve it;
- protect the site from misuse, such as repeated automated submissions.
We do not sell your data, use it for advertising, or send you marketing messages without your consent.
The basis for using it
We process the details you send through a form on the basis of your consent, which you give by ticking the box before sending it, and because they are needed to take the steps you ask of us before any contract.
You may withdraw your consent at any time, as explained under “Your rights”; this does not affect what was done before you withdrew it.
Giving us your details is not compulsory, but without a name and a way to reach you we cannot answer an enquiry or consider an application.
Who can see it
Your data is seen only by the members of our team who handle enquiries and recruitment, through a management system protected by individual passwords.
It is also handled, on our instructions, by the service providers we rely on: the provider that hosts the website and its database, and the email service that delivers the notice of a new enquiry and any reply we send you. They may use it only to provide that service to us.
We disclose personal data to a public authority only when a law or a competent authority requires it.
Storage, security and transfer
Your data is stored in the website’s database and in its routine backup copies. Access is limited to authorised accounts, connections to the site are encrypted, and sign-ins and important actions in the management system are recorded.
If personal data is transferred to or processed outside the Kingdom — for example because a service provider’s servers are abroad — this is done only in the cases, and with the safeguards, that the Personal Data Protection Law and its regulations allow.
How long we keep it
We keep an enquiry for as long as it takes to deal with it and with any project or business relationship that follows from it, and an application for as long as it takes to fill the role, unless a law requires us to keep them longer.
When data is no longer needed, or when you ask us to destroy it, we delete it from the database; the copies held in routine backups disappear as those backups are replaced.
Visit statistics do not include your name, your contact details or your internet address.
Statistics and cookies
The site counts visits itself and uses no advertising or third-party tracking tools. To tell one visit from another, it keeps a random number in your browser tab, which the browser discards when the tab is closed, and derives from your internet address a code that changes every day and cannot be turned back into the address. The address itself is not stored. If your browser sends a “Do Not Track” signal, nothing is counted.
When you send a form, your internet address is held in the server’s memory for a few minutes to stop repeated automated submissions. It is not saved with what you send.
An ordinary visit sets no cookies. The site remembers your choice of light or dark display in your own browser, and sets a cookie only if you open a preview link we have sent you, so that you can browse pages that are not yet published.
The site’s typefaces are loaded from Google Fonts. To deliver them, Google’s servers receive your internet address and the type of browser you use, as the server of any website you visit does; this is governed by Google’s own privacy policy. If you contact us through WhatsApp, your message passes through WhatsApp’s service and is governed by its terms.
Your rights
Under the Personal Data Protection Law you have the right to:
- be told how your personal data is collected and used, which is what this policy does;
- see the personal data we hold about you, and receive a copy of it in a clear, readable form;
- ask us to correct, complete or update it;
- ask us to destroy it once it is no longer needed, unless a law requires us to keep it;
- withdraw your consent to its processing at any time.
To exercise any of these rights, write to info@innovy-global.com from the email address you gave us, or tell us how we can confirm that it is you. We will reply within 30 days.
If you believe your data has been mishandled, you may also complain to the Saudi Data & AI Authority (SDAIA), the competent authority under the law.
Children
This website is meant for companies and professionals. It is not directed at anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when the site or the law changes. The date at the top of the page shows when it was last revised.
